The company's turnover reached €1.18 billion, and EBITDA was €401m. The board recommended a €66m dividend to the State for 2025, bringing total dividends over two years to €165m.
Outgoing daa Chair Basil Geoghegan highlighted challenges posed by Dublin Airport's 32-million annual passenger cap, welcoming the Government's commitment to address it with 2026 legislation. Despite cost pressures, the company delivered strong operational performance, supporting €272m in capital investment. This included airfield upgrades and new C3 scanners at Dublin Airport Terminals 1 and 2, eliminating the need to remove liquids or electronics from hand luggage.
In 2025, Dublin Airport served 36.4 million passengers (a 5% increase), while Cork Airport handled 3.5 million (a 13% increase), marking its busiest year since 1961. Construction began on a new screening area and lounge at Cork Airport. Dublin Airport achieved 98% security clearance under 20 minutes, improved punctuality, and highest-ever passenger satisfaction scores. Internationally, daa International supported record passenger volumes at King Abdulaziz International Airport and the opening of Red Sea International Airport.
