Government Reduces Taxes on Diesel/Gasoline by 10 Cents, Marked Diesel by 2

Today, the government's decision to reduce fuel taxes comes into effect. The new measures are aimed at reducing the cost of fuel for consumers.

Representatives of the fuel industry note that consumers may not immediately feel the price reduction at gas stations. These measures complement previous reductions announced by the government three weeks ago.

In particular, a reduction in the excise tax on diesel fuel by 10 cents (including VAT), a reduction in the excise tax on gasoline by 10 cents (including VAT), and a reduction in the excise tax on marked diesel fuel (green diesel fuel) by 2.4 cents (including VAT) are provided.

The specified discounts will be valid until July 31.
