Pebble Cove in Portmarnock Launches Second Phase of 3- and 4-Bedroom Homes
Pebble Cove in Portmarnock has launched its second phase, featuring 3- and 4-bedroom houses priced from €685,000 to €895,000. These A2-rated homes, built by Evara, include high-spec interiors and EV charging pre-wiring. The show court opens June 5th-6th, with occupation expected by autumn.
The second release of homes at Pebble Cove in Portmarnock offers a clearer view of the development than the initial March launch, with landscaping complete and a full show court now open. This phase focuses on three- and four-bedroom houses, following the successful sale of apartments and duplexes in the first phase.
Built by Evara, Pebble Cove is adjacent to their occupied Skylark scheme off Station Road. The new release features contemporary homes combining brick and render finishes, with front paving and planting. Three-bedroom houses range from 106sq m to 123sq m (1,141sq ft-1,324sq ft), priced from €685,000 to €765,000. Four-bedroom homes, from 132sq m to 146sq m (1,421sq ft-1,572sq ft), are priced from €840,000 to €895,000.
Interiors include BeSpace kitchens with Shaker-style units and Calacatta gold quartz worktops in three-beds, and grey-green painted doors with Misterio quartz worktops in four-beds. Built-in appliances are included if contracts are returned within 28 days. Bathrooms feature Sonas sanitary ware, and all bedrooms have BeSpace wardrobes. The homes have an A2 energy rating, air-to-water heat pumps, EV charging pre-wiring, and secure bike parking.
Expected for autumn occupation, Pebble Cove will total 150 homes. The development includes a linear park with a playground and a cycle route to the Baldoyle to Portmarnock greenway. Portmarnock train station is a 10-minute walk, and the M50/M1 junction is a 10-minute drive. Selling agents are Savills New Homes and Noel Kelly Auctioneers. The show court opens for viewing on Saturday, June 5th and Sunday, June 6th from 11am-1pm.
