Currently, seven wounded individuals are in the capital's hospitals, including one child. Four adults are in intensive care, and two are in the polytrauma department. All of them are receiving the necessary medical assistance. Investigators have classified the killing of civilians as a terrorist act that resulted in the death of people. The shooting on April 18 was committed by Dmytro Vasylyovych Vasylchenkov, born in 1968, a native of Moscow, a citizen of Ukraine, who used a registered weapon.
