SPSU Launches «Personal Account» for Checking Travel Restrictions
The SPSU launched an online service, «Personal Account», for citizens to check temporary travel restrictions imposed by courts or enforcement services. Available on the SPSU website, registration uses electronic signatures. Restrictions due to martial law are not displayed.
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SPSU) has launched a new online service called «Personal Account», enabling citizens to quickly check for temporary restrictions on leaving the country. This service is accessible from the main page of the State Border Guard Service's official website.
The «Personal Account» is designed to verify restrictions imposed by court decisions or enforcement services, such as unpaid alimony, fines, or other debt obligations. It is important to note that restrictions related to martial law are checked under separate rules and are not displayed in this service.
To register in the system, users can utilize an electronic signature via id.gov.ua, Diia.Signature, BankID, or a qualified electronic signature (QES). Upon registration, the system automatically checks data in SPSU databases in real-time and instantly provides a status: «No restrictions» or «There is a temporary restriction». The SPSU assures that all user data is protected in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection».
