The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is initiating a meeting of the United Nations Security Council. This decision was made in response to the latest massive aerial attack by the Russian Federation on Kyiv and the capital region, which resulted in numerous civilian casualties.
Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha announced on social media that he had instructed to immediately convene a UN Security Council meeting and to use other international platforms to respond to Russia's killing of Ukrainian civilians and attacks on humanitarian workers.
